Membership terms
These are the terms for Bruno & Sunny Members, in plain language. Bruno & Sunny is made and run by VK Productions.
What you get
Members can watch every full Bruno & Sunny episode on brunoandsunny.com in our own player, with no ads and no recommended videos. New episodes may be released to members before they appear anywhere else.
Who can join
Membership is for parents and guardians aged 18 or older. Children should not sign up. You are responsible for the account and for what your children watch with it.
Price and billing
- Membership costs R49.99 a month (about US$3), billed in South African rand (ZAR) by Paystack.
- The US dollar figure is only approximate. If your card is from outside South Africa, your bank sets the conversion and may add its own fees.
- Payments are taken by Paystack on our behalf.
- Your membership renews automatically every month, on the same date you joined, until you cancel.
- If we ever change the price, we will tell you by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime: sign in, choose Manage subscription, and cancel on Paystack's page.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
- We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month.
- If you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll put it right.
Using the videos
Episodes are for watching at home, with your family. Please don't download, copy, share your sign-in, or upload the episodes elsewhere. Bruno & Sunny and all episodes are © VK Productions.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. If you can't watch something you've paid for, email us and we'll help.
