Terms of Use (EULA)
These are the terms for using the Bruno & Sunny app and the Bruno & Sunny Membership subscription, in plain language. By using the app, you agree to them.
Who we are
Bruno & Sunny is made and run by VK Productions. You can reach us at hello@brunoandsunny.com.
The app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Bruno & Sunny app and watch its episodes for personal, non-commercial family use. Please don't copy, download, share or re-upload the episodes or any part of the app. Bruno & Sunny, its characters and all episodes are © VK Productions. All rights not given to you here are reserved.
Bruno & Sunny Membership
- Bruno & Sunny Membership is an auto-renewing subscription sold in the app through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
- Length: 1 month. It renews automatically every month.
- It unlocks every full episode in the app, including the members-only stories.
- The price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm the purchase.
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- App Store: the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Google Play: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Cancelling and managing
- App Store: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Grown-ups corner.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores, under their own refund policies.
Restoring your membership
On a new phone or tablet, or after reinstalling the app, open the app's Grown-ups corner and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with.
Who can subscribe
Only parents and guardians aged 18 or older may subscribe. Children should not make purchases; in the app, every purchase sits behind a grown-up question.
Apple's licence agreement
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information we keep and why. The app has no ads, analytics or tracking.
